After obtaining my Masters degree from Texas A&M University, I worked at Hendry Investments in San Antonio, managing mini storage and apartment complexes throughout the mid-west and southern United States. In 2002, I decided to come back home to Fredericksburg an working alongside my parents in the Hill Country real estate business.

In 2003, I married Kerinne Schroeder of West, TX. We are the proud parents of two energetic boys, Weston and Holt. Kerinne and I enjoy fixing up and investing in local real estate. Kerinne and I call one of Fredericksburg’s earliest frame built homes home. We completed a major renovation and still have plans to add-on. We also completed Kerinne’s Cottage remodel in 2005 just a few months before we had Weston. Our most recent project involves us helping Kerinne’s mom convert an older Fredericksburg home into a B&B, The Corner Cottage. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying every minute have having young children. I also enjoy hunting and fishing. I am an avid whitetail hunter and have a lease in south Texas along with one of my brothers, father and a several uncles.

I represent buyer’s and seller’s in residential, commercial, and ranch sales. Although Clinton, Todd and I specialize in helping others sell and buy ranches throughout the Hill Country, West and South Texas. We would like a chance to put our expertise to work for you.

I am an active member of the Gillespie County Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Holy Ghost Lutheran Church. For two years I served has chairman of the MLS committee, and I currently serve has chairman of the educational committee.
