Special attention and detail were put into the development of the restrictions for Travis Meadow. Intent on reflecting Historic Fredericksburg, the restrictions call for homes to represent four styles found in early Fredericksburg; 19th Century Pioneer, Folk Victorian, Early 20th Century, and Craftsman. Homes are required to meet a minimum square foot requirement of 1,800 square feet. It is additionally highly encouraged to design and implement detached garages or side entry attached garages. Typical interior lot size is on average 85 feet wide and 120 -150 feet deep.
