Carriage Hills is an established neighborhood on the north side of Fredericksburg. Homes were built starting in the 1970’s to as recent as the past few years. These Fredericksburg homes typically possess large spacious lots with rear alley access, an added amenity that is not found in the newer subdivisions such as Stone Ridge, Cross Mountain, Cherry Blossom Estates, and neighboring Crabapple Grove. Ranch style brick exterior homes with composition roofs dominate, while newer construction is likely to have a variety of styles with limestone exteriors.
