History

As a Fredericksburg native and growing up in a family involved in Fredericksburg and Texas Hill Country real estate since 1977, I would love the opportunity to work for you and put my extensive real estate background and knowledge to work for you.  My parents started their real estate careers when I was just three years old and started CC Herber Co., Real Estate in 1979.  I gained lots of experience through the years just listening, hanging out and tagging along.  I received both my undergrad and masters degree from Texas A&M University.  As part of my Masters Program requirement, I interned for Trammell Crow Company in San Antonio and worked on the redevelopment and transfer of over 1,900 acres and 13 million square feet of buildings of Kelly Air Force base into the private sector.  Upon graduating with a Masters in Land Economics and Real Estate, I worked for Hendry Investments in San Antonio.  Hendry Investments was a family owned company that dealt with all aspects of the real estate equation.  Market research, site selection and acquisition, construction, and management.  The primary focus for Hendry Investment was the development of mini storage facilities across the United States, apartment and garden style office management.  My primary focus while at Hendry was as property manager for 21 mini storage properties with 1.6 million square feet of storage and 3 apartment complexes in San Antonio.

Actively involved in Real Estate since 1999

  • Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker
  • Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Texas A&M University 1997

  • After obtaining my Masters degree from Texas A&M University, I worked at Hendry Investments in San Antonio, managing mini storage and apartment complexes throughout the mid-west and southern United States. In 2002, I decided to come back home to Fredericksburg and working alongside my parents in the Hill Country real estate business.

My amazing wife Kerinne Herber and I have five children:  Weston, Holt, Chapel, Willow and Brazos.  Kerinne serves as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Capital Farm Credit.  She is also a board member for Fredericksburg ISD and she was a member of an integral group that founded the Fredericksburg ISD Education Foundation.
